The Way of Becoming
Around what are you arranging your days? How do you cultivate a habitat, habits, and a life-giving relational model that bears the fruit of joy, resolve, and becoming the kind of person who never puts things that matter less in front of things that matter most?
The Wound and the Healer
Some women’s lives may look perfect from a distance. But only from a distance. We all have sorrows and pains. The offer from God is to heal our broken hearts and set free the places that are held captive within us (Isaiah 61). But to be healed, we must let God tenderly open our wounds and expose them to his light and to his love.
Beauty to Unveil
Each of us, as a daughter of God, has a captivating beauty all our own to unveil. Yet, the world’s messages to us about our beauty have caused most of us countless tears and untold pain. It is in this core place that many women have received their deepest wounds. We need to receive God’s perspective and his healing here, because he says that since we bear His image, we reflect his beauty—inside and out. A beautiful woman is a woman whose heart is alive.
The Heart Of A Woman
What did God mean when he meant you? Your feminine heart has been created as a reflection of God’s own heart. And though we are all unique, we also each share the same core desires. Discover how every woman longs to be romanced, to play an irreplaceable role in a heroic adventure, and to unveil beauty.
A Special Hatred
The story of every woman’s life includes the story of the long and sustained assault upon her heart by an enemy who knows who she could be and fears her. You are under regular spiritual assault. In order to have the life God wants for you, you must rise up and take your stand in Him. Resist the enemy… and he will flee (James 4:7).
Your Irreplaceable Role
A woman doesn’t come alive being merely useful. She wants her life to matter and to matter deeply. She wants to be needed. Irreplaceable. And so does our God. He has written something on your heart. Give yourself permission to dream. If you could do anything, what would it be?
Becoming Powerful
How do we become the kind of men who can handle power?
Fallen Eve
Eve fell to the lies of the enemy because she was convinced that God was holding out on her. We make that same choice today. Having forfeited our confidence in God, we believe that in order to have the life we want, we must take matters into our own hands. So we do… only to then ache with an emptiness nothing seems able to fill.
How Wild at Heart Began
Many are familiar with Wild at Heart but few know how the ministry, originally named Ransomed Heart, came to be. It's a story of countless miracles from God, intense spiritual warfare, and amazing breakthroughs. In the first half of the series, John and Stasi share about the early, hard days of their marriage, their shared desire for a ministry of the heart, the initial plans to build a retreat center, how The Sacred Romance was almost never written, the unfathomable tragedy at the first men's event, the beautiful, messy start to the women's gatherings, and other significant milestones from the beginning chapters of the Wild at Heart story. _______________________________________________ There is more.
