General Details

• Your registration fee covers your lodging, meals, and all of the teaching and materials by Wild at Heart for the duration of the weekend. It does not include travel arrangements to and from Cefn Lea. Optional recreational activities may be offered, weather permitting, for an additional charge. Details will be provided at the retreat.
• Stasi Eldredge and the Captivating Women's team will be leading the retreat.
• This event is designed exclusively for women.
• Linens will be provided for Standard and Ensuite guests; however, you will need to bring your own shower supplies (soap, shampoo, etc.). Linens provided include a pillow, sheet set, a light blanket, and a towel. We encourage you to bring additional bedding if a specific pillow and blanket would make your stay more comfortable.
• Laptops, electronic notepads, and camera use ARE NOT permitted during the sessions, as it is our desire to minimize all distractions.

Please Note: Cell phone and internet access will not be available during this event. Phone access at Cefn Lea will be for emergencies only. Please provide your family with the emergency phone number below and let them know you will be unavailable until the close of the retreat Sunday.

Roommate Assignments
If you entered a Group name when you registered, we will use that information as your roommate request. If you did not enter a group but still want to room with someone else who is registered, please e-mail [email protected]. In order for us to do all we can to fulfill your request, this needs to be submitted no later than Thursday, 14 September.

Special Needs
If you have special needs and have not yet noted them, please e-mail [email protected]. Special needs should be submitted no later than Thursday, 14 September.  Please note that "special needs" refers to medical conditions and medically restricted diets.

Travel and Transportation
You are responsible for your own transportation to and from Cefn Lea. However, we have offered some helpful travel options below, which may be of interest to you. Approximate travel time from Heathrow Airport to Cefn Lea is 3.5 hours, and from Birmingham International Airport to Cefn Lea is 2 hours. If you are interested in carpooling with other women driving to Cefn Lea, please see the Carpooling discussion at the bottom of the page.

Newtown Train Station Shuttle Service 
We will be offering shuttle service from Newtown Powys Train Station to Cefn Lea. The shuttle will pick up at 16:15 on Thursday, 5 October. Shuttle service will also be provided back to the Newtown train station by 13:00 on Sunday, 8 October.

Birmingham Airport Shuttle Service

•     The cost is $65 USD for a round-trip ticket.
•     This is non-refundable.
•     You may use the ticket to travel one way; however, it will still be the same price.
•     The meeting time to catch the shuttle is 13:30 on Thursday, 5 October. The shuttle service will not be responsible for people that miss the shuttle for any reason. If you do miss the shuttle, you will have to provide your own transportation.
•     The shuttle will return to the Birmingham Airport at 15:00 on Sunday, 8 October.  We ONLY encourage attendees to use this transportation method if they are able to book airline flights accordingly.
•     Tickets are available immediately online and until they sell-out.
•     The approximate travel time from the park to the airport is 2.5 hours. However, the shuttle cannot be held responsible for the trip lasting longer than 2.5 hours due to unforeseen circumstances. Please plan your return flight accordingly, allowing enough time for check-in, security, and margin.

If you are interested, Cefn Lea is a great place to get outside, go for a hike, or even do some fishing. Although plenty of adventure and recreation will be available, much of the time will be devoted to personal reflection on what God is revealing throughout the weekend. If you are interested in adventuring, make sure to bring appropriate clothing and your own gear for fishing, hiking, or biking. If you are interested in fishing during some of your free time, Cefn Lea has several ponds on site. They are recreational ponds with lots of natural growth surrounding them.

Late Arrival
If you run into major problems in your travel that result in your arriving in the middle of the night, don't worry, we'll have a place for you. Once you drive into Cefn Lea, go to the Main Entrance of the main building. You will find instructions there as to how to proceed.

Cancellation Policies:
Cancellation by Registrant
Full payment is required at the time your reservation is made for this event. You may cancel your registration and receive a refund of your registration fee up to 3 weeks prior to the date of the event; however, you will be charged a $75 handling fee upon the cancellation of your registration. In the event that you cancel less than 3 weeks prior to the event, you will forfeit the entire registration fee. Regardless of when you cancel your registration, your registration is not transferable to another event, date, or person.

Cancellation by Wild at Heart
If the event is made impossible by any act of God, war, earthquake, fire, strike, sickness, accident, epidemic, act of government, its agencies or officers, or any other legitimate cause beyond our control, we will cancel the event and refund your full Wild at Heart event registration fee to you.

Participation of Stasi Eldredge
While it is our intent that Stasi Eldredge will participate in the event, if for any reason she is unable to participate, the event will most likely continue without her. However, we reserve the right to cancel the event should Stasi Eldredge's participation be prevented if we decide, in our sole discretion, that cancellation is necessary under the circumstances. If we do decide to cancel the event for any reason, we will refund your full registration fee to you.
