Aside from getting to the event, you have no cost.  We will provide meals and lodging.  As a thank you, we will also give you a $100 Visa gift card to help offset some of your travel expenses.  Just a reminder that this is a very servant hearted role.  This crew will not have much, if any, WAH team interaction.  You will not be able to attend any sessions. Therefore the Dining Hall Crew will operate as hidden servants throughout the weekend. Your free time between meals and in the evening will be spent hanging in your bunk area, staying mostly hidden, to help create the same distraction free experience we always hope to create for the attendees.  

We are deeply grateful for your willingness to serve and help make this event happen.  Know that by serving at this retreat, you are making a deep, priceless impact in the lives of men and their families in ways you might not know until the Kingdom.

Boot Camp

Dates:  November 17-20, 2022 (arrive on Thursday, November 17 at 3 pm and finish on Sunday, November 20 at 10:30 am) - we are not able to arrange for an earlier arrival, so if you're planning to come to Colorado on Wednesday, you’ll need to arrange your own hotel for that evening.
