Freedom is what we long for. Spirit, Soul, Mind and Body. As a ministry we move toward greater freedom through various means.

We offer Individual Counseling, Retreats, Holy Yoga and Support/Therapy groups,

We believe our wounds and lies hinder us from feeling we could truly belong to God or His family. We are weary of systems and environments that focus on numbers. Proverbs 4 tells us that our hearts are the wellspring and center of our lives. Our greatest joy is helping others open up their hidden hearts to God and safe others. We are authentic and realize we are a mess and that is why we need a Savior.

Holy Yoga is a gentle yoga practice every Wednesday evening at 7:00pm. This is a safe place to just be....we experinece the presence of God in many forms on our mats. Laughter. Tears. Praise. Silence. It is a Holy time together. Mats are provided. Donation is $5.00.
