E93 | Dreaming with God: Awakening Desire – Part 2

April 16, 2025

In today’s episode—Part 2 of Dreaming with God—Stasi reminds us of the three core desires we as women share: the longing to be romanced, to play an irreplaceable role, and to unveil beauty. These desires reflect God’s own heart. Desires are clues to the dreams God has planted in our hearts, and though we share core desires, there are many that are particular to us as well. Though wounds may dim them, Jesus can restore them. Jesus is inviting you to dream with him again and step into your unique, irreplaceable role in his story. Join Stasi as she shares the truth that we are seen, pursued, and free to embrace the desires of our hearts through dreaming with God again. ….. SHOW NOTES: ….. VERSES:  Proverbs 4:23 (NIV) – Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it. Isaiah 61:1  (NIV) – The Spirit of the Sovereign Lord is on me, because the Lord has anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor. He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim freedom for the captives and release from darkness for the prisoners, Jeremiah 29:11 (NIV) – For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. 1 Corinthians 12:12-26 (NIV) – (here, v12–14) Just as a body, though one, has many parts, but all its many parts form one body, so it is with Christ. For we were all baptized by one Spirit so as to form one body—whether Jews or Gentiles, slave or free—and we were all given the one Spirit to drink. Even so the body is not made up of one part but of many. Psalm 27:4 (NIV) – One thing I ask from the Lord, this only do I seek: that I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life, to gaze on the beauty of the Lord and to seek him in his temple. ….. April 2, 2025

What is the world’s definition of beauty? How often have we squeezed, strived, and starved ourselves in order to meet its impossible standards, only to feel we’re never enough? Today’s podcast is Part 1 of a two-part series on Dreaming with God, where Stasi shares God's invitation to see ourselves through His eyes—to trade striving for rest, shame for grace, and the enemy’s lies for God’s Truth. Those who remain in me, and I in them, will produce much fruit. For apart from me you can do nothing. 1 Thessalonians 5:24 (NIV) – The one who calls you is faithful, and he will do it. E91 | Resting in the Heart of Jesus: Living from His Peace with Liz Wright

March 19, 2025

Stasi is happy to welcome back Liz Wright — best-selling author, international speaker, and CEO and Founder of the International Mentoring Community — whose life is a beautiful testimony of profound transformation because of the love of Christ. Today’s conversation is a divine invitation. Jesus is calling us into rest — not just as a moment of pause, but as a way of continually living in Him. Together, they unpack the power of trusting Jesus and the freedom that comes when we surrender and believe. May your heart be drawn closer to Him as you receive the rest He so freely gives! ….. SHOW NOTES: ….. VERSES:  Psalm 62:1 (NIV) – Truly my soul finds rest in God; my salvation comes from him. Jeremiah 6:16 (NIV) – This is what the Lord says: “Stand at the crossroads and look; ask for the ancient paths, ask where the good way is, and walk in it, and you will find rest for your souls. But you said, ‘We will not walk in it.’ Hebrews 4:1-3 (NLT) – God’s promise of entering his rest still stands, so we ought to tremble with fear that some of you might fail to experience it. For this good news – that God has prepared this rest – has been announced to us just as it was to them. But it did them no good because they didn’t share the faith of those who listened to God. For only we who believe can enter his rest. As for the others, God said, “In my anger I took an oath: ‘They will never enter my place of rest,’” even though this rest has been ready since he made the world. Matthew 11:28 (NLT) – Then Jesus said, “Come to me, all of you who are weary and carry heavy burdens, and I will give you rest. 2 Corinthians 3:17 (NLT) – For the Lord is the Spirit, and wherever the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom. Ephesians 4:23-24 (NLT) – Instead, let the Spirit renew your thoughts and attitudes. Put on your new nature, created to be like God – truly righteous and holy. Philippians 4:19 (NLT) – And this same God who takes care of me will supply all your needs from his glorious riches, which have been given to us in Christ Jesus. ….. The coming of our Savior as a babe in Bethlehem – Emmanuel, God with us – fills us with gratitude, joy, awe, and hope as we look forward to Him coming again! As we celebrate the birth of Jesus today, let’s remember and rejoice, together! ….. SHOW NOTES: ….. John 1:14 — The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory, the glory of the one and only Son, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth. Colossians 1:15–20 — The Son is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation. For in him all things were created: things in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or powers or rulers or authorities; all things have been created through him and for him. He is before all things, and in him all things hold together. And he is the head of the body, the church; he is the beginning and the firstborn from among the dead, so that in everything he might have the supremacy. For God was pleased to have all his fullness dwell in him, and through him to reconcile to himself all things, whether things on earth or things in heaven, by making peace through his blood, shed on the cross. ….. Radical Discipleship: Encounter and Embodiment

October 2, 2024

In the final episode of our Radical Discipleship series, we explore the transformative practice of encountering and embodying the Trinity. Stasi shares how intimately knowing God—through creation, our senses, and stillness—allows us to rest in His goodness and be saturated by His love. This awareness leads to trust, worship, and ultimately embodying Christ. Through the Holy Spirit, we are invited to be filled with Jesus and live out His love. Stasi closes with a powerful time of prayer to help us encounter our King. Friends, we hope this series has inspired you to discover the many ways we can truly know, worship, love, and live intimately with God and partner with him, so that he spills over into every aspect of our lives. ….. SHOW NOTES: ….. VERSES:  Psalm 46:10 (NIV) — He says, “Be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth.” John 13:35 (NIV) — By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another. 2 Corinthians 3:18 (NIV) — And we all, who with unveiled faces contemplate[a] the Lord’s glory, are being transformed into his image with ever-increasing glory, which comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit. Matthew 7:24–27 (NIV) — “Therefore everyone who hears these words of mine and puts them into practice is like a wise man who built his house on the rock. The rain came down, the streams rose, and the winds blew and beat against that house; yet it did not fall, because it had its foundation on the rock. But everyone who hears these words of mine and does not put them into practice is like a foolish man who built his house on sand. The rain came down, the streams rose, and the winds blew and beat against that house, and it fell with a great crash.” …..
