Registration Details

Space for the retreat is very limited.  If you would like to attend, please email  If there is a spot available, we'll email you a link to register.  If the event has filled, we'll add you to the wait list and be in touch if a spot opens up for you to attend.  


Because we have more demand than space available at our events, we utilize a lottery system to select event attendees.  Anyone wishing to attend this event is required to enter the lottery on these dates.  If you are selected in the lottery, your registration and payment are immediately processed.

Economy room is defined as one woman in each bed, meaning every top bunk and every bottom bunk filled (14 women per room)

Standard Room

Standard Room

Standard room is defined as a room at half occupancy, meaning if a woman in a Standard accommodation chooses a bottom bunk, then there will not be a woman in the top bunk  (7 women per room)

Tuition for this event covers all costs for accommodations, meals, teaching and event supplies.  It does not include transportation to and from the event.


Attendees are responsible for their own transportation. 

Shuttle Service

We offer a shuttle service to and from Denver International Airport for an additional charge of $90 (round trip).  If you are selected in the lottery, you will have the option to purchase a shuttle ticket, and additional shuttle details will be provided at that time.


We will not have any COVID related restrictions in place for this event (masks, distancing, limited attendance, etc.).  If you are concerned about contracting COVID, we encourage you to consider coming sometime in the future when you would be comfortable.  


Due to the intimate and personal nature of the content, Captivating cannot be viewed as a Mother/Daughter event. We strongly encourage mothers and daughters to attend, but they will need to participate in different events, at least for each of their first experiences of the retreat. Due to the nature and depth of the content and experience, Captivating is not designed for youth. You must have completed high school or be at least eighteen years of age to enter the lottery.

Unfortunately, this retreat is not designed to offer childcare, and it is not able to provide for nursing moms. We do pray that God would supernaturally provide for your children while you are away, and for nursing moms we pray with all our heart that Jesus would make a way for you to participate in a future retreat.

Registering a Group

Wild Heart is a message ministry with an emphasis on discipling men and women in this message.  Our intent is to offer training to equip them to go back to their communities to walk in the fullness of their strength, working to set hearts free.  Our hope is that there will be countless Boot Camp and Captivating events across the nation led by these men and women.

Because we are only able to offer 2-3 events each year, we have to be increasingly strategic with group acceptance policies.  Our intent is to achieve maximum impact with each event.

Therefore, the event lottery will not accept groups larger than 5, so that we can offer this message to a wider selection of people. 

Please do not simply divide a large group into smaller groups of 5, as this is not the spirit of the strategy.  We ask you to prayerfully evaluate your strategy for your band of sisters, your church, and your community.

Cancellation Policies

Cancellation by Registrant
Full payment is required at the time your reservation is made for this event.  You may cancel your registration and receive a refund of your registration fee up to 3 weeks prior to the date of the event; provided, however, you will be charged a $75.00 handling fee upon the cancellation of your registration.  In the event that you cancel your registration less than 3 weeks prior to the date of the event, you will forfeit the entire registration fee.  Regardless of when you cancel your registration, your registration is not transferable to another event, date, or person.
Participation of Stasi Eldredge
While it is our intent that Stasi Eldredge will participate in the event, if for any reason she is unable to participate, the event will most likely continue without her.  However, we reserve the right to cancel the event should Stasi Eldredge's participation be prevented if we decide, in our sole discretion, that cancellation is necessary under the circumstances.  If we do decide to cancel the event for any reason, we refund your full registration fee to you.

Cancellation by Wild at Heart
If the event is made impossible by any act of God, war, earthquake, fire, strike, sickness, accident, epidemic, act of government, its agencies or officers, or any other legitimate cause beyond our control, we will cancel the event and will refund your full Wild at Heart event registration fee to you.
