Holy Yoga

Holy Yoga is a gentle yoga practice every Wednesday evening at 7:00pm. This is a safe place to just be....we experinece the presence of God in many forms on our mats. Laughter. Tears. Praise. Silence. It is a Holy time together. Mats are provided. Donation is $5.00.
