But what we don’t need more of is information. We do not need more knowledge about Jesus; we need an encounter with him. That is what the Captivating Retreat is all about.

You are invited to come away and join us in the beauty of Wales for a spacious time to go on a treasure hunt for the true heart of God and the unique, beautiful feminine heart he has placed in you. Through teaching sessions, film clips, music, guided periods of reflection, and downtime immersed in beauty, we're inviting you to take the risk of coming alive as a woman—God's captivating woman.
Join us for our four-day event as we journey together into the deep mysteries of our feminine souls in order to recapture our hearts.

Registration is now open and will remain open until the event fills.
Economy room is defined as one woman in each bed, meaning every top bunk and every bottom bunk filled (16 women per room).
Standard room is defined as a room at half occupancy, meaning each woman has the entire bunk to herself and can choose top or bottom (8 women per room).
Tent-Pitch accommodation consists of a flat, grassy area for pitching your own tent; bathroom facilities are located a short walk away at the main complex. Caravan sites consist of a 10x10m area for a caravan with electric hook-ups.
If registering from outside the US, current exchange rates will apply and additional fees may be incurred through your bank or credit card company. Click here to see current exchange rates. Actual rates may vary due to multiple factors.
Tuition for this event covers all costs for accommodations, meals, teaching, and event supplies. Tuition does not include transportation to and from the event. (Linens are included with Standard and Ensuite Accommodation, consisting of a pillow, sheet set, a light blanket, and a towel. We encourage you to bring additional bedding if a specific pillow and blanket would make your stay more comfortable.)
IMPORTANT: Roommate requests can only be honored for standard registrants requesting other standard registrants and ensuite registrants requesting other ensuite registrants. We cannot room you together if you are not in the same type of room. We also cannot guarantee that your group will have a room to yourself. To accommodate all attendees, we may house you with other women not in your group.

Attendees are responsible for their own transportation. However, we will be offering a shuttle service from the Newtown Train Station to Cefn Lea.
We offer a shuttle service to and from Denver International Airport for an additional charge of $99 (round trip). If you are selected in the lottery, you will have the option to purchase a shuttle ticket. Additional shuttle details will be provided at that time.
We will not have any COVID-related restrictions (masks, distancing, limited attendance, etc.) in place for this event. If you are concerned about this, we encourage you to consider coming sometime in the future when you would be comfortable.
Due to the nature and depth of the content and experience, Captivating is not designed for youth. You must be at least 18 years of age to register.
Unfortunately, this retreat is not designed to offer childcare, and it is not able to provide for nursing moms. We do pray that God would supernaturally provide for your children while you are away; and for nursing moms, we pray with all our hearts that Jesus would make a way for you to participate in a future retreat.
If you would like to attend the event and be housed with specific friends or a group, you will be able to indicate this under the group section of your lottery entry. Group/roommate requests can only be honored for standard registrants requesting other standard registrants and economy registrants requesting other economy registrants. We cannot room you together if you are not in the same type of room, so please make note of this when you enter the lottery as part of a group.
Cancellation by Registrant
Full payment is required at the time your reservation is made for this event. You may cancel your registration and receive a refund of your registration fee up to 3 weeks prior to the date of the event; however, you will be charged a $75.00 handling fee upon the cancellation of your registration. In the event that you cancel your registration less than 3 weeks prior to the event, you will forfeit the entire registration fee. Regardless of when you cancel your registration, your registration is not transferable to another event, date, or person.
Participation of Stasi Eldredge
While it is our intent that Stasi Eldredge will participate in the event, if for any reason she is unable to participate, the event will most likely continue without her. However, we reserve the right to cancel the event should Stasi Eldredge's participation be prevented if we decide, in our sole discretion, that cancellation is necessary under the circumstances. If we do decide to cancel the event for any reason, we refund your full registration fee to you.
Cancellation by Wild at Heart
If the event is made impossible by any act of God, war, earthquake, fire, strike, sickness, accident, epidemic, act of government, its agencies or officers, or any other legitimate cause beyond our control, we will cancel the event and will refund your full Wild at Heart event registration fee to you.
