The Wild at Heart Work Crew is a team of women that fully participate in the Captivating retreat and, also, provide assistance to the Wild at Heart Team. This assistance includes, but is not limited to retreat set-up, tear down, and providing attendee support at our Wild at Heart Resource Center during meals. To be considered, you must apply at least 90 days before the Captivating retreat.

Requirements:

  • A thirsty heart, desiring more of God and a growing desire to go deeper in your journey as a woman
  • 18-50 years old, in excellent physical condition, and capable of lifting 40 lbs or more
  • Willing to serve and take direction
  • Personal experience with some or all of the Wild at Heart Resources - https://wildatheart.org/rhplay#gsc.tab=0
  • Must arrive in Colorado and depart with the work crew at 5 PM on Wednesday night before the retreat (retreat officially starts on Thursday) and remain on-site at the ranch until 1:30 PM Sunday (No Exceptions). In order to get to the meeting location by 5 pm on Wednesday, we suggest you arrive in Denver before 3 pm if you are flying.

What is involved in Work Crew?

  • Registration (set up for registration, run registration, and run Resource Center)
  • Event preparation, set-up, and activity sign-up
  • Helping with event activities, music, and other event needs as they arise
  • Tear-down at end of the retreat
  • Please note that as part of the Work Crew, you'll be housed with the fellow crew, sit with them at meals and during the sessions.  If you have friends attending the retreat, you will have little if any opportunity to spend time with them as Work Crew also has commitments during free time.
  • As part of Work Crew, you are free to participate in and experience the entire retreat, and you pay a discounted event registration fee. Work Crew will be led by a Senior Work Crew assigned by the Wild at Heart Team.

Transportation Requirements (Sorry, no exceptions!)
