Hey there, I'm Sven and my mission on this planet is to help men like YOU to overcome pain and challenges, improve their relationships with themselves, partners, and children. Those significant challenges in your life that are keeping you from your greatness and the deep connection you long to enjoy.

I do this through transformational mentoring that focuses on the restoration of a man's heart and mind. My deeply-personal mentoring focuses on unwinding the thinking that has led a man to the results he sees in his life. I walk with him to show him how to demolish what no longer serves and binds him. Then, we work together to construct a new understanding that will prosper him in every way moving forward.

My life, my thinking, my emotional stability and overlook outlook on life is greatly changing for the better since I’ve been working with Sven. Hoping to improve ourselves and our relationship, my wife and I have spent years and thousands of dollars in traditional counseling. While it was helpful in some regards, the benefit I’m getting from coaching work with Sven absolutely dwarfs the results from previous counseling work. Sven’s focus and philosophy turns the traditional approach to men’s self improvement and development on it’s head. His coaching is very grounding, rooted in sound scientific research and removes the outward focus on other people, situations and circumstances and turns it all inward to self. I found Sven during the era of my life where I was exploring the whole in my heart. My marriage was falling apart and my life was virtually in shambles. The facade that I mascaraed in was crumbling because my foundation was never solid. Sven thought me many things, and one of the greatest gifts ever received was the ability to love myself. To shrink that whole in my heart, he made it okay to be me. He bestowed the masculine gifts upon me. As a man who lost his father early on in my manhood journey, he imparted me with the gifts and secrets a father should to a son. He was patient, kind, and wise. Sven taught me positive regard, love without any attachments, and my own personal value. I spent so much of my life trying to earn love. Today I am still happily married, but actually happily. I get to carry this love and share it with other. Today I get to feel full, I got to fill that whole in my heart. Thank you Sven, you changed my life, and the lives of those around me.

Sven is a great teacher and inspires. He helps you come to the answers on your own and leads as a shepherd leads his flock. I have especially come to appreciate how he helps you to train your brain and learn how to deal with or handle difficult emotions. In simple terms. 8 months ago I would have classified my anxiety level as an 8 out of 10. Today I would say it averages between 1 and 2. With 2 being a bad day! You may ask how did I do it. And I would tell you that I met Sven Masterson! It's as simple as that, it's as complicated as that. I have always been someone who was searching for a way from the darkness to the light, but I did not know the way. So I spent a lot of time wandering to and fro.
