RESCUE was founded by Christian Counselor Lance Clark, MA, LCMHC, BC-TMH, QS.

Lance has studied what the brightest scholars and most reputable ministers have taught in matters regarding care of the human soul, the human spirit, the Holy Spirit, and dimensions and complications of Spiritual Warfare - pursuing personal training with some of the same, and having made significant personal investments of time and money to secure the best training available on the East Coast.
