We believe that choosing hope will change your life. We understand that true hope is found in knowing who we are as believers and that living in that truth can have a profound impact on our reality. We have witnessed miraculous transformations in the lives of clients who have embraced their true identities. 

We work primarily with women, specifically addressing issues relating to the effects of trauma and abuse. We have a strong foundation in Biblically-based counseling, having served as lay counselors in a church for 10 years before pursuing our Masters in Counseling at Colorado Christian University. As a result, we are able to incorporate solid psychotherapeutic techniques with our understanding of what true healing is, and it has proven to be a powerful and effective approach
