A man needs a deeper understanding of his masculine heart—and why God made him just like that. What if those deep desires in our hearts are telling us the truth, revealing to us the lives we were meant to live? A man must know he is powerful; he must know he has what it takes. The way we handle the heart is everything. Basic is not a retreat about the “seven things a man ought to do to be a nicer guy.” It is a four-day quest into the recovery of a man’s masculine soul, the release of a man’s heart—his passions and his true nature—all given him by God.

WHAT'S INCLUDED
The cost of attending this BASIC Event is $150. This cost includes 4 days/3 nights stay at Camp of the Hills, all meals during your stay (7 meals beginning Friday AM) and certain amenities at the camp. All Wild at Heart video content and materials are generously provided by Wild at Heart at no cost.
WHAT TO BRING:
Bunk House Lodging is included in the registration price. You will be staying at various bunk houses on the property. These are communal cabins with twin beds, indoor toilets and showers, AC and Heating. You will need to bring your own linens: Towels, twin sheets, blanket, pillow, or sleeping bag. It will likely be cold in February so dress in layers. Journals and pens will be provided.
OPENING NIGHT:
Check-in is from 5p-7p on Thursday evening and the opening session for the BASIC will begin promptly at 7:30p. So grab some dinner on your way out to the camp and we'll see you then!

CAMP AMENITIES
The following amenities will be available to the BASIC event attendees on Friday and Saturday afternoon during free time:
1. Covered Pavilion Area (open space with optional basketball courts, 9 square, gaga ball, etc.)
2. Sand Volleyball Court
3. Fishing Ponds (Catch and Release ONLY)
4. Lakefront access to Lake Travis with boat ramp
5. Soccer and Softball fields with bathroom facilities
6. Picnic Table areas
7. Scenic overlook at The Crosses with a seating area and amazing view of sunset & lake – perfect for devotionals and other small gatherings.
