HTCC facilitated a team workshop session at our church. The team was comprised of different departments and a variety of perspectives. HTCC successfully guided everyone into a productive dialogue and helped build consensus around objectives. The energy, clarity and experience they brought to the session was invaluable. Along with creating a shift for the formerly stalled team, they also made the workshop genuinely enjoyable.
