Sonya Paramore has over 20 years of experience in the mental health field and is passionate about journeying alongside others. She specializes in working with those impacted by sexual, emotional, spiritual, and narcissistic abuse, as well as grief & loss, trauma, and codependency.

She earned certificates in Narrative Focused Trauma Care from the Allender Center and has benefitted personally and professionally from the work of John Eldredge and Ransomed Heart Ministries.  She also has been trained in EMDR, which is an evidenced-based practice of treating PTSD.  EMDR has been shown to also be helpful for those experiencing anxiety, grief, or depression.  

Sonya understands the ways in which evil attempts to kill, steal, and destroy.  She considers it a priviledge to walk with others to name their stories and fight for healing and wholeness.
