Many years ago I was impacted by Wild at Heart. Since then, one of my focuses as a therapist is to support men from Wild at Heart in working through various issues that impact their life with God and possibly their family. Life can be difficult; not only that, it can feel very lonely and sometimes overwhelming. At times it can feel like we are brought to our knees because the weight of the world is on our shoulders and we don’t know how long we can hold it up. For some of us, people are depending on us and there is a fear of disappointing them. Romantic relationships can be difficult as well. Maybe it doesn’t feel like the dream or experience you thought it would be. Or maybe you have been married for a while and are questioning your decision. It's easy to sometimes think we just don’t know if we can make it anymore.

I believe that we are not meant to go through seasons alone. I believe we all need a safe place to talk about what we are going through without fear of shame. My desire is to walk with you and help you journey through your difficult seasons, and to help you lift that weight that’s on your shoulders. My hope for you is that we can climb the mountain together.

I know how scary it can be to enter into this process, to look into the mirror and finally deal with what you have been feeling, or to fully admit what really happened in your life or relationship. But, you don’t have to do it alone, you don’t have to carry that weight by yourself anymore.
