True freedom comes from the inside out - it's not behavior modification. Thank God! I specialize in addressing anxiety, depression, grief, loss, anger management, identity issues, sexual brokenness, recovery from addiction, co-dependency, men’s issues, and healing from trauma (including past sexual, emotional, or physical abuse).

As a counselor, I walk alongside others in exploring their stories to reveal root issues that have resulted in current ways of thinking, relating, and behaving. Within a safe environment we will work together to move towards freedom!
