Our intention is simple: to build community and a place of belonging with men that have been impacted by the life-giving, heart-freeing message of the Ransomed Heart team.  We began meeting together regularly several years ago and typically meet every other Thursday evening.  Our small gatherings of 8-10 guys always include dinner and time to get caught up.  Then we move into more intentional conversation about our lives in Christ and some time to engage with Him through listening and prayer.

Personally, we've been learning to walk in this message and hope to connect with other men that have been captured by the compelling and beautiful invitation from Jesus to live free in Him!

We're convinced that to help nurture our wide-open lives in Jesus, we need to live this out with other like-minded and like-hearted friends. And as we've all learned, not only from the RH message, but through actual first-hand experience, we were born into a world at war... and we are opposed. Having friends, brothers, allies that can speak powerfully into our lives and circumstances is vital and freeing.  We are not meant to do this alone.

We are not big fans of prescribed formats when gathering together. We can certainly utilize some important and helpful stuff, but primarily, we gather together for a shared meal and conversation regarding how we can put feet to intentionally pursuing and realizing the life Christ has called each of us to.

How is the Spirit drawing each of us into deeper life, more adventure, greater freedom, or greater creative expression? What do each of us long for? Aspire to? What do we dream of doing or becoming? Like most, our heads may be full of ideas and good intentions, but for a number of reasons, a lot of this stuff remains untried... uninitiated.  To help break the inertia, we believe we need the friendship and encouragement of other brothers, a community of men who will love one another unconditionally, speak courage and truth to one another and, when needed, give each other a kick in the ass!

Where do we feel stuck?  What habits or addictions continue to grip our hearts and perhaps make us believe we're somehow disqualified?  What parts of our hearts still need to be set free? Where does the "poser" within keep popping up?

As Dallas Willard explains, following Jesus always requires apprenticeship... actual learning and practicing the way of Christ.  So let's learn and practice this stuff together!

So shoot me an email if you're interested.  We can grab a cup of coffee, chat for a bit, and I can share a bit more about our small fellowship and what's going on.  We're asking Jesus to gather more men into this fellowship and are excited to see what he has for us!

Hello Rob I attended the Boot Camp in Jan 2016 and have been to the Basic in Oct of this year. I too have been looking for a band of brothers in this fight for the elusive masculine heat. I am hosting a Basic in Allenspark March 21st - 24th and still need people to sign up. I am shooting for 20 but can fit 27 at the lodge. I have about 7 people so far. I live in Evans, Co and would love to meet with you for coffee. thanks, Mike Colasacco 303-868-2948
