Our Quest for Treasure Retreats, are aimed at families with pre-teen children. (Children between the ages of 11-13yrs of age)  Our goal is to equip dads to establish his child’s identity in Christ during these years, whereby the bond between father and child will automatically be strengthened:  Providing his teenager an anchor that will keep him/her secure during the toughest of teenage years.  As a teenager uncovers the beautiful treasure already placed inside of him, he/she is set to walk into adulthood, capable and prepared.

Weekends consists of a few talks on fatherhood, communication exercises, and practical experiences like an adventure course and a hike up the mountain where you will get the opportunity to bless your child. We also do a talk about the changes in a young person's body during puberty. We share a long term strategy on how to spend quality and quantity time with your child, give you an opportunity to pass the baton by teaching your child some technical skills and finish off with a discussion on internet safety.

These retreats are aimed at helping fathers understand their role better. We want to help develop trusting relationships between dad and child which will set a platform for healthy and open communication during the teenage years. We believe that these retreats create memories that cannot be destroyed by moth or rust.
